OFSI Amends General Licence – Russia

OFSI has amended General licence – INT/2022/1469378 which was issued under Regulation 64 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. 

The expiry date of General licence INT/2022/1469378, in relation to the Wind Down of Positions Involving Sovcomflot, has been extended

The Licence now expires on 30 June 2022.

Any Persons intending to use the General Licence should consult the copy of the Licence and refer to OFSI’s General Guidance.
