OFSI General Licence – Russia

OFSI has issued General Licence INT/2022/1678476 under Regulation 64 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. 

Under General Licence INT/2022/1678476, there are provisions relating to winding down, basic needs and insolvency related payments in connection with Amsterdam Trade Bank N.V

The Licence took effect on 12 May 2022 and expires on 12 May 2023.

Any Persons intending to use the General Licence should consult the copy of the Licence and refer to OFSI’s General Guidance.
